By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ParkSnap provides an AI-powered parking sign analysis service that:

  • Allows you to photograph parking signs using your mobile device
  • Uses artificial intelligence to interpret parking restrictions and rules
  • Provides guidance on whether you can park at a specific location and time
  • Maintains a history of your parking checks for your reference
  • Offers integration with JustPark to suggest nearby parking alternatives (UK only)

CRITICAL NOTICE

The parking analysis provided by ParkSnap is generated by artificial intelligence and is provided for informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, AI technology has limitations and may make errors in interpretation.

YOU MUST ALWAYS:

  • Read and understand the actual parking signs yourself
  • Check for any additional signs, road markings, or restrictions
  • Verify local parking regulations and any temporary restrictions
  • Use your own judgement before parking

PARKSNAP IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PARKING TICKETS, FINES, PENALTIES, TOW-AWAY CHARGES, OR OTHER CONSEQUENCES RESULTING FROM YOUR RELIANCE ON THE APP'S ANALYSIS. USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

4. Free Tier and Subscription Plans

4.1 Free Tier

New users receive 5 free parking checks. Once your free checks are used, you will need to subscribe to continue using the Service.

4.2 Subscription Plans

We offer the following subscription plans:

  • Monthly: £1.99 per month – Unlimited parking checks
  • Annual: £9.99 per year – Unlimited parking checks (save 58%)

All prices include VAT where applicable.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
